Terms of Use
Qabila is not a substitute for professional medical advice. By using it you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy.
About Qabila
Qabila is a period tracking app that helps you record your cycle and learn from your own patterns. It is provided by Qabila.
Not medical advice
Qabila gives general information only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, it is not a medical device, and it must not be used as contraception or to decide on treatment. Predictions can be wrong, and we cannot know your personal state of health.
Always ask your doctor or another qualified health provider about any medical question. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or your local emergency services immediately.
Who can use Qabila
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, copy, attack, scrape or reverse engineer the app.
- Do not use it to harm others, to pretend to be someone else, or to break the law.
Your data
Your health entries belong to you. We handle them as described in the Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy.
Ownership and licence
The app, name, logo and content belong to Qabila or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices for your own non-commercial use.
Third-party services
The app is downloaded through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and their terms also apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the service reliable but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop features. We will tell you about changes that significantly affect you.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app or its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Suspending or ending your use
You can stop using Qabila and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully, and we will tell you why where we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using Qabila after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms, unless the law requires a fresh agreement.
Notices
We may contact you by email or in the app. You can contact us at [email protected].
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy and Health Data Policy are the whole agreement between you and us. If a part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Qabila is established, and disputes go to the courts of that country. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
