Delete your account

In the app

• Open Qabila.
• Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
• Tap Delete and confirm. We will delete your account and the health data linked to it.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will confirm by email when it is done.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. We cannot recover your entries once the account is deleted.
• After you ask, you have 7 days to change your mind.

What happens next

• Your account and health data are removed from our live systems within 30 days.
• Copies in backups are removed within 90 days.
• After that we keep no health data about you. We keep only the records the law requires, and a minimal log that the deletion happened.

Email [email protected] before you delete and we will send you a copy of your data.

Waitlist email only

If you only joined our waitlist, email [email protected] and we will remove your address within 30 days.
